Feedback & Complaints
Feedback, compliments and complaints can be lodged in the following way
Directly in person with a staff member, either verbally or by submitting this form by email to email@example.com or
by phone on 0421500405 or can be sent anonymously, using the mailing address above which will be acknowledged within three business days.
We will aim to respond to all complaints and grievances as quickly as possible, and within 28 days from acknowledgement. All feedback and complaints will be used by Kind & Care Supports to continuously improve our service delivery. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about our service.
